Characterization:

POL
Amorphous Polyolefin (APAO, complex Copolymers
Characterization:
- middle to extra long open and setting time
- low to high heat resistance
- middle to very high softening point
- good to very good cold flexibility
- compared to EVA, higher chemical resistance
main applications:
concrete industry, insulation industry, mattresses, trays/displays, textiles, carpets
PSA
Pressure Sensitive Adhesive / thermoplastic rubber
Characterization:
- very long to almost unlimited open and setting time
- low to middle heat resistance
- middle to very high softening point
- very good cold flexibility
main applications:
packaging, insulation, mattresses, foamed plastics, textiles, sanitary products, bonding of wide surfaces
PAM
Polyamide
Characterization:
- highest chemical resistance compared to EVA, POL and PSA
- highest application width in regard to cold and heat
- very short to middle open and setting time
- very high heat resistance
- very high cold flexibility
- high to very high softening point
- adhesion absorbs wather, needs to be stocked sealed
main applications::
automotive industry, protector / spacer for roofing tiles, grouting of electronical components, production of conductor boards, filling of knotholes
Sticks
Sticks have a diameter of approximately 12mm with a length of approximately 200 and 300 mm.
Slugs
Slugs have a diameter of approximately 43mm.
Granulate, Resin
loose in the package and available in different forms:
pearls, chips, size (diameter) approximately 3-10 mm
Pillows
loose in the package and available in different sizes: 18g, 500g, other sizes available on demand
Blocks
square shaped, wrapped in Silicone paper, available in different sizes:
0,5 kg; 1 kg; 4 kg.
