Responsibility / Product Liability

Under the law, ratiobond Klebesysteme GmbH is a manufacturer or quasi manufacturer of hot-melt adhesives and applicators for hot-melt adhesives.

We comply with all rights and obligations that arise in connection with this activity.

In the – unlikely – event that our products cause damage or give rise to liability on the part of our company, our public liability insurance / product liability insurance will cover damage up to an amount of € 3,000,000 per individual claim.

However, this requires that the fault be attributable to us[ under general provisions of the law] or be attributable to us within the meaning of the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftpflichtgesetz).
